The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.erasmuspluska1.eu\/courses_posts\/blended-course-project-proposal-writing\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.erasmuspluska1.eu\/courses_posts\/blended-course-project-proposal-writing\/\">Blended Course for Project Proposal Writing<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; from 9 to 13 November 2026 in Italy &#8211; offers a practical learning experience designed for teachers, trainers, project managers, researchers, e-facilitators and other professionals interested in developing <strong>Erasmus+ KA2 Partnerships for Cooperation<\/strong>. The course is open to professionals working across school education, VET, adult education and youth. The registration deadline is 25 September 2026; for more information: <a href=\"mailto:info@egina.eu\">info@egina.eu<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <strong>Blended Course for Project Proposal Writing<\/strong> returns for its annual edition, building on years of experience and the participation of dozens of professionals from across Europe. It has become a regular appointment for anyone looking to discover the world of European project design, strengthen their skills and connect with an international community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Learning by actually designing a project<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rather than focusing solely on theory, the course adopts a <strong>hands-on approach to EU proposal writing<\/strong>. Participants work in small groups and contribute directly to the development of a project proposal, combining theoretical knowledge with practical exercises and continuous support from experienced mentors and tutors. The methodology uses Small-Scale Cooperation Partnerships as an entry point for learning how an EU-funded project can be designed and structured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Throughout the process, participants have access to practical resources that can support proposal development, including <strong>examples of successful applications, concept note and work-plan templates, GANTT charts, budget templates and an online environment for collaborative work<\/strong>. The course also creates opportunities for participants to meet professionals from other organisations and potentially develop partnerships for future applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Understanding the full project design process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The training follows the different stages involved in transforming an initial need into a coherent Erasmus+ proposal. Participants begin by exploring Erasmus+ priorities and sectors and learning how to identify organisational needs and possible solutions. They then examine the characteristics of <strong>KA220 Cooperation Partnerships and KA210 Small-Scale Partnerships<\/strong>, including their objectives, expected results, activities and application forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The practical project work gradually moves from defining <strong>general and specific objectives<\/strong> to planning activities, establishing a realistic timetable and developing the project budget. Particular attention is also given to project management, quality assurance and the creation of a strong and balanced consortium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The final stages focus on aspects that are essential to a convincing project proposal: <strong>impact, sustainability, dissemination, communication and promotion<\/strong>. Participants also receive guidance on the evaluation process and work on defining an impact strategy for their own project concept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A blended learning journey<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The programme combines <strong>10 hours of preparatory online activities<\/strong>, including an introductory meeting and self-study, with <strong>five days of face-to-face training and five hours of online follow-up activities<\/strong>. All course resources are made available online through the project management platform used for collaborative work. The course is delivered entirely in English.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By combining structured guidance, collaborative work and practical proposal development, the course provides participants with the opportunity to experience the different steps behind an Erasmus+ application \u2014 from understanding the call and identifying needs to planning activities, budgets, impact and sustainability.
