Building digital confidence with IN+ educational resources

Digital skills are essential for everyday life and increasingly important in the workplace. To support the development of these competences, the IN+ project offers a collection of educational resources designed to help low-qualified workers strengthen their digital abilities, gain confidence and improve their employability.

The resources are organised into two complementary learning opportunities: the IN+ Training Programme and the IN+ Video Tutorials.

Practical Training for Everyday and Workplace Digital Skills

The IN+ Training Programme provides ten practical modules designed for face-to-face learning, following a flexible approach based on micro-credentials. The modules cover a wide range of essential digital skills, from basic computer use, professional email communication and online meetings to working with Word and Excel, completing online forms and navigating digital services.

Learners can also explore important topics such as online safety, account management, routine digital tasks in workplace systems and the use of artificial intelligence tools for everyday activities.

Through these resources, participants can develop practical competences that can be applied directly in their personal and professional lives, while progressively building their confidence and digital proficiency.

Learning at Your Own Pace with Video Tutorials

Alongside the training modules, the IN+ Video Tutorials offer an additional opportunity for independent learning. These resources provide clear, practical guidance on key digital topics, allowing learners to revisit concepts, practise essential skills and reinforce what they have learnt during training sessions.

Accessible anytime and anywhere, the tutorials encourage continuous learning beyond the classroom, helping participants consolidate their knowledge at their own pace.

Supporting Digital Inclusion and Employability

By combining structured training with flexible self-directed learning, the IN+ educational resources provide opportunities to overcome digital skills gaps and develop greater independence in using technology.

Whether learners want to communicate more effectively online, navigate digital services, complete workplace tasks or explore new digital tools, these resources offer practical support for building the skills needed in an increasingly digital world.
